My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were quiet, clean, and so comfortable. The service was top-notch, and the location couldn't have been better. However, the dining options were a bit lacking, but overall, it was a great experience.
The hotel rooms have a tired look but are spacious, featuring a queen-size bed, a large couch, and a flat-screen TV with grand city views from massive windows. The bed is comfortable, and the small bathroom includes an over-bath shower. However, there is a charge for parking or occupancy.
The hotel in Downtown Manchester was welcoming, with nice decorations and a pretty light. It was very clean, but the bed was somewhat uncomfortable, and the AC unit was loud. The location was perfect for attending events at SNHU Arena across the street, but lacking in free parking. The service was exceptional and professional, with a helpful kitchen staff. The dining experience, while offering room service and an onsite restaurant, fell short with to-go containers and slow seating. Overall, a clean and friendly hotel in a great downtown location.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were fresh, extremely comfortable, and modern, but I couldn't enjoy the view unless I sat on the bed. Unfortunately, the room had a dirty, smoking smell lingering around.

I had a great stay at the DoubleTree hotel. The room was so comfortable with a king-sized bed and even a couch! The service was wonderful, from the warm cookie at check-in to the helpful staff. The location was perfect, right across from SNHU Arena where we were headed for a concert. The dining was a bit lacking though the breakfast had good options. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
